We want you to love your Lumera Float. If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, including items bought on sale.

How to start a return
Email tenesee06@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We reply within 1 business day with your return instructions and the return address. Please always email us before sending anything back.

Conditions
- Please return the display with all included parts: base, floating platform, stand or case, and power adapter.
- Gently used items are covered by our 30-day guarantee, as long as they haven't been damaged by misuse.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or defective items
If your Lumera Float arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email us a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to ship it back.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
