Common questions
Before you float your grail
The base is rated for up to 350 g, and a standard graded slab weighs about 40–60 g. For the steadiest float, center your stand on the platform and keep the base on a flat surface away from fans and drafts. If it isn't right for you, our 30-day money-back guarantee has you covered.
Clear Stand Kit: a near-invisible acrylic stand, so your card looks like it's floating on its own. Aluminum Case Kit: a magnetic aluminum frame with tempered glass and a fold-out stand, for extra protection and a finished look on or off the base.
Both kits are made for standard-size graded slabs. The Aluminum Case Kit is sized for standard PSA slabs; thick or oversized holders may not fit. Not sure? Email us before you order and we'll help.
Yes. The base runs on the included US wall adapter; it isn't battery-powered. When you switch it off, the platform settles back onto the base.
